  • Welcome to the Rhode Show’s Zoo Cam!

Here you can watch our four Masai giraffes throughout the day. Griffy is our bull giraffe. He is taller and has a darker color coat than Amber, Sukari or Kenya.

Amber is one of our female giraffes. You can tell her from the others by the holes in her ears (she had ear tags when she arrived at our zoo). Kenya, who is the baby in the bunch, is never too far behind her mother, Sukari.

How many bones do you think they have in those long necks? Visit http://www.rwpzoo.org/what_to_see/Masai_Giraffe.cfm to get the answer and learn more about these fascinatinganimals

Not seeing the giraffes? They could be in another room while the keepers get their exhibit area refreshed. They could also be getting their hooves cleaned or getting a medical checkup.
