We're making a Dublin Burger paired with Mayflower Beer with Billy Manzo, owner of Federal Hill Pizza.
1/2 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
3 oz of Caramelized Onions
1 oz of Guiness Infused Chedder Cheese
1/2 oz of Organic Field Greens
1 oversized Sesame Seed Bun
Mix ground beef with a pinch of kosher salt and a pinch of black pepper
Set to the side and refrigerate for 3 hours
Grill or Saute the onions at high heat until cooked and caramelized
Take Ground Beef out and make into patties
Put skillet on high and wait for the pan to reach extreme heat
Sear the burger on each side
Turn down heat and let burger cook to desired temp
Add Guiness Infused Cheese & top with onions & greens
Place in Bun and enjoy!
