Patriots re-sign S James Ihedigbo

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — The New England Patriots have re-signed safety James Ihedigbo.

Ihedigbo started 12 regular-season games and all three playoff games last season, his first with the Patriots. They signed him as an unrestricted free agent from the New York Jets on Aug. 19.

He had a career-high 72 tackles and no interceptions during the regular season.
