RIC advances to Little East title game

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - With just 6.3 seconds left in the semi-final game of the Little East Conference Tournament, Rhode Island College's Antone Gray knocked down a long jump shot to give the Anchormen a 74-72 win.

RIC now gets to play for the conference championship today.  It'll be the fourth straight season the Anchormen have played for the title.

Mason Choice and Brandon Stephens led the way for RIC with 20 points each in the win over UMass Dartmouth.

Gray chipped in with 13 and Jake Grimes had 15 points and nine rebounds.
