PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- After months of campaigning for his reelection, Rep. David Cicilline toured polling places around Rhode Island on Election Day.
The former Providence mayor is seeking his second term in the U.S. Congress as he squares off against first-time candidate Brendan Doherty.
Much like swing states on the presidential level, there are some battleground towns here in the Ocean State, including East Providence, Bristol and Woonsocket.
