Robert Watson is being treated for substance abuse

UNDATED (WPRI) - State Representative Robert Watson is reportedly seeking treatment for substance abuse.

According to the Providence Journal, Watson is being treated at a Florida facility.

Watson was arrested for marijuana possession in South Kingstown in January.

He was previously arrested for drug possession last year.

Watson is scheduled to be arraigned on his recent charge on March 1.
