Wrongful death lawsuit trial continues
Expert witness took the stand to testify again

WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) - The trial against Kent Hospital in Warwick and its doctors continued on Wednesday in a wrongful death lawsuit.
Actor James Woods filed the suit claiming his brother, Michael, died after receiving inadequate medical care at the hospital back 2006.
An expert witness who testifed in the case last week took the stand again on Wednesday stating that Woods' death was preventable had he been given immediate treatment.
The trial is expected to resume on Monday.
