PROVIDENCE, RI. (WPRI) - The first floor of the Department of Health's Cannon Building will reopen this Friday, after flooding forced the building to close for days.

Pipes burst last weekend, sending water into the building and damaging equipment, and vital records, including birth, death and marriage documents.

Services open to the public located on the first floor of the Cannon Building are the following:

While the building will be open, employees will not have access to their work e-mail accounts. However, all employees will have access to their voice mails.
