CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WPRI) - Answers are in short supply Sunday after a man is found shot to death Saturday morning in Central Falls.

A Central Falls man is under arrest and charged with conspiracy to commit murder after the victim - who is still not being identified by police - was found dead with a gunshot wound to a head just before noon Saturday.

Police have refused to release additional information on the victim's identity or the circumstances of the shooting, and only say that the man in custody, 30 year-old Curtis Taylor, rented the apartment the victim was found in.

A memorial for the victim has been set up on the steps of the building and residents are shocked and saddened that the crime occurred in their neighborhood.
