Young cancer patient meets rock idol

WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) - A seven-year-old cancer patient had a dream come true this week, by getting to meet one of his favorite rock stars in person.

Earlier this year, Cole Grace of West Warwick got the chance to Skype with Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, and later received a shout-out from Tyler during an episode of "American Idol."

Now we've learned Cole was able to attend an Aerosmith concert in Boston this week and got to meet the singer in person.

In January, Cole was diagnosed with a rare aggressive form of brain cancer known as stage four glioblastoma and has since undergone multiple brain surgeries.
