BANGOR, Maine (WPRI) -- A Warwick man accused of killing three people in Maine and leaving their bodies in a burning car has pleaded not guilty to the crime.

Nicholas Sexton pleaded not guilty to murder and arson charges in court Tuesday. He was arrested in Brockton on Oct. 4, and ordered back to Maine last Thursday.

Sexton one of two men charged in the grisly case, which took place in Bangor back in August.

The second suspect, Randall "Ricky" Daluz, of Brockton, has also pleaded not guilty.
