Victim in Cranston crash identified

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - The Department of Health has identified the victim of the crash on Plainfield Pike in Cranston as 54-year-old Colleen Hopkins of Johnston.
The victim's car was found Monday afternoon in a ditch behind Wal-Mart.
The car was overturned down the embankment, partially submerged in water, in a wooded area.
Investigators have not yet released how she died, or what led up to the crash.
