WARWICK, R.I. (AP) -- Rhode Island officials want to hear from residents with disabilities.

The Governor's Commission on Disabilities has scheduled a forum for Monday evening at the Warwick Public Library to collect input about current services for the disabled and ideas for improvement.

Additional forums are planned for Tuesday afternoon at the Barrington Public Library and Tuesday evening at the South Providence Library. Forums are also scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in other communities.

Comments from the public forums will be compiled into a report and forwarded to Gov. Lincoln Chafee (CHAY'-fee), the General Assembly and the state's congressional delegation.
