PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Grammy-nominated singer Jeffrey Osborne continued to distribute the money raised at his celebrity golf tournament held in Portsmouth this past summer.

Osborne stopped by the Amos House in Providence to serve lunch and drop off a $75,000 check.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Providence, The Music School of the RI Philharmonic and the Met School also received donations as a result of the tournament.

Osborne tells us they're looking to add Button Hole Golf next year.

"We want to keep it going with the kids, and that's a great organization there, furthering kids, giving them scholarships, so that's important to me," he added.

WPRI 12 and FOX Providence are media sponsors of the tournament.

Osborne says he plans on adding a concert next year, and that he has a new album scheduled to be released in February.
