Robert Urciuoli begins 3-year sentence in Florida

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A former hospital executive convicted of corruption reported to a federal prison in Florida Tuesday.
Robert Urciuoli was found guilty of bribing state Senator John Celona to do the hospital's bidding at the state house.
The former Roger Williams Medical Center president was sentenced to three years in prison.
An appeals court denied Urciuoli's request to remain free while he pursues appeals.
