PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- A Barrington police sergeant has pleaded not guilty to charges cyberstalking and obstruction charges.

Sergeant Joseph Andreozzi was released on $10,000 personal recognizance after he enetered the plea Wednesday at his Superior Court arraignment.

Andreozzi, 45, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct back in August after his ex-wife accused him of threatening her.  State Police amended those charges on November 15th to include cyberstalking and obstruction of justice.

He was suspended without pay on November 16th.
