PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- The price of gasoline has risen for the second straight week in the Ocean State, with average prices increasing eight cents this week.
According to the latest survey from AAA, the average price of regular unleaded is up to $3.62 per gallon, which is 15 cents higher than the national average of $3.47.
The range of prices in Rhode Island is 25 cents, from a low of $3.54 to a high of $3.79 per gallon.
AAA would also like to remind drivers to check the air and fuel filters at least twice a year in order to save money on gas.
