PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – A recent Providence College graduate from Andover Mass. is fighting for his life after he was beaten in a brawl.

Kevin McCarron, 24, was outside a pizza place in New York when he and his friends got into an altercation with another group of people.

A brawl broke out, and McCarron was kicked and hit with a bat and a tire iron.

McCarron is listed in critical condition in a New York hospital.
