35-year-old to be arraigned in court Thursday

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- East Providence police arrest a man following an undercover drug investigation.

Justin Lopes, 35, will be arraigned later today on a charge of possession with intent to deliver.

Police seized marijuana, Percocet, and crack cocaine from his home on Turner Avenue in Riverside Wednesday.

The arrest comes as the result of a two-month-long investigation.
