PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A Barrington police sergeant has been indicted on charges that he threatened his ex-wife and children.

Joseph Andreozzi is charged with one felony count of obstructing the judicial system and one count of cyberstalking.

Andreozzi was arrested by Rhode Island state police in August.

He was later suspended without pay after the charge was upgraded to a felony.
