FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) - The trial of a man accused of killing a Massachusetts gas station attendant is now in the hands of a jury.

Steven Foster is charged with murdering Hegazy Sayed at Planet Petroleum in Taunton back in October of 2009.

The prosecution and defense both wrapped up their closing arguments on Thursday.

Investigators say Foster went to the gas station with the intention of robbing it, before shooting Sayed with a rifle.
