BOSTON (WPRI) -- Prosecutors have asked a Federal Judge to force James "Whitey" Bulger to produce proof that he was given immunity by the FBI, before his trial begins in June.

Prosecutors say Bulger's FBI file makes no mention of a deal with former U.S. Attorney Jeremiah O'Sullivan in the 1970's, and that Bulger hasn't even produced proof he ever met O'Sullivan.

The 83-year-old is awaiting trial for his alleged role in 19 murders.
