Fall River man reported missing

Joseph Soares III last seen July 21

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) - Fall River Police are investigating a missing person case.

Joseph Soares III was last seen on July 21, 2012 at 7 a.m.

According to police, Soares does not drive a car and normally walks or gets a ride to where he needs to go.

Soares has not reported to work. He is described as a white male, 23 years old, with brown hair and brown eyes. He's 5'8" and 160 pounds.

Family members are concerned and police are asking the public for their assistance in locating Soares.

Police said at this point there is no reason to suspect any foul play.

Anyone with information on Soares' whereabouts are asked to call Detective Steven Washington of the Fall River Major Crimes Division at 508-324-2796 or the Fall River Police Department at 508-676-8511.
