WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) -- A Woonsocket man will be serving time in prison because of a drug bust he was involved in last March.

Felix Reyes, 20, was arrested by Woonsocket police in March 2012 after being seen with nearly 39 grams of crack cocaine. He has been detained since his arrest.

Thursday afternoon, Reyes was sentenced by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Mary M. Lisi to 60 months in federal prison for possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.

Reyes will serve an additional five years of supervised release upon the completion of his prison term.
