EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- A suspect turned himself over to police Tuesday in connection with a recent stabbing outside of an East Providence bar.
Jimarl Tunstall, 41, of East Providence, is accused of stabbing 25-year-old Nuno Vega outside of the East Bay Tavern on Lyon Avenue early Sunday morning.
Police tell us he was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon and held at the ACI.
Vega is also facing a charge of disorderly conduct for his involvement in the fight that led to the stabbing.
