Accused child molester due in court

DIGHTON, MASS. (WPRI) - The lawyer for one of two brothers accused of child molestation plans to ask a judge to dismiss the charges against his client.

Richard Perry is scheduled to appear in court Friday.

His brother, Jesse Perry, is also charged with child molestation.

Both are former youth sports coaches.

Jesse Perry was also a longtime teacher at Dighton Middle School.
