A former Bristol middle school teacher accused of molesting children had his case continued until March in Providence Superior Court Friday.

Fifty-nine year-old Jesse Perry was in court for a bail review, but a judge held the review unless he is indicted on two charges of child molestation involving one victim. He is due back in court March 15.

Perry’s brother, Richard, is also accused of molesting children years ago.

Police say while investigating claims made against Richard, they were led to Jesse. Richard is in court for his bail hearing next week.

If either brother is convicted of first-degree child molestation, they face a maximum 25 years to life in prison.
