AAA: Gas prices steady in R.I., Mass.

Prices unchanged since last week

(WPRI) - Weekly surveys find gasoline prices unchanged in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

AAA Southern New England said the average price for self-serve regular gasoline is $2.67 per gallon in Massachusetts, unchanged from a week ago, and $2.73 per gallon in Rhode Island, unchanged from last week and the previous week.

Both states' prices are under the national average of $2.74 per gallon.

AAA's surveys found prices in Rhode Island ranging from $2.57 to $2.97, while Massachusetts' prices range from $2.51 to $2.99 per gallon.
