Everyone is working to show what amazing city Providence really is.
"We’ve all been very, very excited about it. I mean from the Mayor's office to the Dunkin Donuts Center, the Convention and Visitors Bureau, we've all been working together to make sure that people get pumped and that people participate, and that people have a lot of fun while they're here," added Adamo.
Thousands of people will be heading to the Dunkin Donuts Center to show the rest of the country what they've got, and the excitement has been building for weeks.
"We started getting calls immediately after it was announced that The X Factor was coming to Providence. From restaurants and retail shops that were really looking to capitalize on it, and also to welcome Simon Cowell, said Adamo. "He's a hot commodity everyone wants Simon to come to their restaurant."
