We're making Crab Avocado Salad with Chef Brian Aspesi of Stella Blue's.
Clean all ingredients, julienne peppers, chop celery and onions, zest lime and
Lemons, in a bowl mix peppers, onions, celery, seasonings, and zests together. In
A separate cup squeeze lemon and lime juice to use later. Spread mixed green over
A plate, and add mixed vegetables and seasoning over the mixed greens. Add crab
Meat in the center of the greens. Peel and cut the avocado in to wedges and fan
Around the plate.
In a cup mix together the Italian dressing, orange juice, and squeezed lemon/lime
Juice, this will complete the salads dressing.
