(FOX Providence) - It's a great mum season in New England due to the cool nights and plenty of moisture. The variety of colors to choose from makes mums ideal for the garden, and Frerichs Farm has hundreds of colors available right now.

Ornamental Kale is another great Fall season option because they will continue to develop, and are good through December and January.

Winter Pansies are highly recommended because they will survive the Winter season and come into bloom usually in January or sometimes February. These provide beautiful color in the Winter, and will show even more in the Spring.
