Teen R&B singer has written 30+ songs

(FOX Providence) - He's just a teenager, but Wakefield's Collin Van Pelt has already written over 30 songs. His R&B style is catchy and will have you singing along in no time.

Collin says he comes from a family of music. His sister went to the Berklee School of Music, and he started making music at age 12. Now, he's working on his writing skills and is inspired to use his music to help people.

Collin's future plans involve trying out for the TV reality competition show 'America's Got Talent'.
