Buyers' expense when purchasing a home

(FOX Providence) - There's more to the cost of purchasing a home than just the listing price.

To help map out what other expenses will come along when you're buying a home, especially for our first time buyers, Ron and Matt Phipps joined The Rhode Show with important information.

Ron Phipps is set to be the 2011 President of the National Association of Realtors.

Matt Phipps is the current chairman of the NAR Communications Committee and was recognized by Realtor Magazine as one of the top 30 Realtors under 30 in the country in 2008.
