(FOX Providence) - Who are the most powerful people in Rhode Island?
October's issue of Rhode Island Monthly features the 28 most powerful people in the state. Those making the list include politicians like Jack Reed and Gordon Fox, but also artists like Waterfire's Barnaby Evans.
