We're cooking grilled veal chops, lobster mashed potatoes, and tri-colored baby carrots with Octavio Gomes from the Venus de Milo .
Ingredients:
Veal Chop
Garlic
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper Spice
EVOO
Yukon gold potatoes
light cream
lobster tail meat
butter
blue cheese crumbles
Worcestershire sauce
tri-color baby carrots
Steps:
Marinate veal chop in fresh garlic, EVOO, salt & pepper then grill.
Boil potatoes, mash, add butter, lobster & cream, salt & pepper to taste.
Sautee baby carrots with EVOO, salt & pepper until done.
The mix warm butter with blue cheese crumbles & spoon over veal chop while hot.
