We're cooking Steak Pizzaola with Chef Anthony Ianiero, owner of Flex Appeal .
Ingredients:
12oz Sirloin Steak
Gilled Yukon Gold Potatoes
Coconut Oil
Fresh Garlic Chopped
3 Color Bell Peppers
Portabella Mushrooms
Vidalia Onions
Fresh Tomato
Fresh Oregano
Splash of Red Wine
E.V.O.O
Steps:
Pan Sear steak and finish in the oven.
Grill potatoes, sauté garlic in coconut oil and when browned add veggies and oregano, fresh black pepper, and a splash of red wine.
