(FOX Providence) - We're cooking Pearl Signature Lobster Macaroni & Cheese in the kitchen with Executive Chef Stefan Afonso from Pearl Restaurant & Lounge.
Ingredients:
2 pads of butter
1 ½ lbs. lobster meat
3 oz. cream of sherry
4 oz. House alfredo made with roasted garlic, heavy cream, parmesan
6 oz. Three cheese blend (white cheddar, mozzarella, & asiago)
2 oz. sliced scallions
¾ lb. penne pasta
5 oz. Ritz crackers mixed with Italian spices & parsley
Steps:
Saute 1 ½ lbs. of lobster meat in a mixture of butter and crème sherry
wine. Add alfredo sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add your three cheese blend and scallions. Add al dente pasta and toss in pan.
Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and herbs and bake in 350 degree oven for five minutes till golden brown and bubbly.
