Pan Seared Jonah Crab Cakes

We're cooking Pan Seared Jonah Crab Cakes with Sriracha Aioli and lotus chip with Bluefin Grille at

The Providence Marriot.

Ingredients:
1 LB Jonah crab meat
1 ½ cup bread crumbs, fresh
2-oz liquid pasteurized eggs, beaten
3 TBSP mayonnaise
½ tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 TBSP parsley, chopped
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. fresh lemon juice

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl except the crabmeat. Let the bread absorb the ingredients for 30 minutes.
2. Toss the crab with the rest of the ingredients and form loosely into 5 oz portions
3. Pan fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
4. Remove and drain. Serve with sriracha aioli and garnish with lotus chip.

Bluefin Grille open 7 days a week for Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Breakfast: Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 10:00am; Saturday, 7:00am to noon; Sunday, 7:00am to 1:00pm.
Lunch: Daily, 11:30am to 2:30pm;
Dinner: Daily, 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
The Bluefin Lounge & Bar offers a full bar and casual menu. Food service is available Sunday - Thursday till 11:00pm, until 12:00am on Friday and Saturday.
