We're making Honey Truffle Aioli with Executive Chef David Jackson of Ten Prime Steak and Sushi.
Ingredients:
1 cup Japanese Mayo
½ cup Honey
1/3 cup White Truffle Oil
¼ cup Chives Minced
Steps:
In a large bowl combine honey and Japanese mayo.
Whisk together the mayo and honey then slowly whisk in the white truffle oil.
Mince the chives and then incorporate these into the sauce.
