Catch a Rising Star comic shares laughs

(FOX Providence) - Thursday night is the unofficial start of the weekend. And a great way to get your weekend started is always with a good laugh.

If you love a good show, you can "Catch a Rising Star" at Twin River, where the talent of the nation's up and coming comedians is showcased.

Jason Marcus , who will be performing on Thursday, November 12 at Twin River, joined The Rhode Show to talk about what it's like being the winner of Catch a Rising Star's contest this year, and what made him get into comedy.

Jason has been named Named Best of the East Coast by the Detroit International Comedy Festival.
