(FOX Providence) - Reaching your personal fitness goals can be an extremely difficult task. And sometimes you have to enlist some professionals to help guide you through the process.

Trainer and owner of Flex Appeal , Anthony Ianiero, joined The Rhode Show along with two people he's currently guiding, Laura Emery and Chelsea Cafferty.

"The key to the whole success is nutrition. 20% of your success in getting yourself healthy has to do with what you do in the gym. It's a very important 20%, and nonetheless 80% is going to have to be what goes in your mouth," said Ianiero.

Both Laura and Chelsea they have tried other programs and none have worked like Ianiero's program.

"With this program I like the fact that it's not about weight loss, it is about losing the body fat, retaining or gaining muscle," said Laura Emery.

And Chelsea agrees.

"My goals are just to do better in life and be more healthier. I just want to look better and do more things and be more positive about myself," said Chelsea Cafferty.

For people who want to reach their own goals.

"It's a slower process, but it's healthier, and the best way to keep it off because you're not losing muscle," said Ianiero.
