(FOX Providence) - It's the 12 drinks of Christmas, and each day on The Rhode Show we'll feature a non-alcoholic drink that can be enjoyed by everyone!
On Thursday, December 22, Pear Tree was demonstrated by DeWolf Tavern .
Ingredients:
ice
2 ounces pear nectar
2 ounces sour mix
1 sprig fresh mint (reserve top of sprig for garnish)
Splash club soda
Adult variation- Add 2 ounces Xante pear cognac.
Steps:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice, pear nectar, sour mix and mint leaves and shake.
Pour into serving glass and top with club soda.
Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
