Get your motor runnin' on the open road

(FOX Providence) - Get your motor runnin', the warm weather has arrived. Which means it's time to get your motorcycle back out on the open road.

Dan Barnett and Jill Puleo from Ocean State Harley Davidson joined The Rhode Show with some events and happenings.

The "Gloria Gemma Ride" is taking place June 5th and The Ocean State H.O.G. Chapter will be leading this ride designed to honor those fighting breast cancer. Tickets are still available and all proceeds will go to the Gloria Gemma Foundation.

There's also a special event that they'll be hosting at the dealership on Saturday, May 22. It's "Military Appreciation Day". Not only will there be raffles, giveaways, and a climbing wall. But, they'll also be refreshments.

We are proud to announce that the "Harley's Heroes" will be joining us as well. Harley's Heroes and the Disabled American Veterans are a non-profit organization that tours the U.S. and offers free benefits assistance. We will also be collecting items," said Julie Puleo.
