Dance the night away with a DJ

(FOX Providence) - The wedding ceremony is over, and now It's time to celebrate. The right music can be key to getting all of your guests in a party mood.

Luke Renchan from Luke's Disc Jockey Service joined The Rhode Show with some tips on making your reception one to remember.

Tips from the segment about what to look for in a DJ:

• Ask about experience
• What services are included
• Is it customizable?
• How much is it?
• Meet the DJ in person or via Skype

New trends that are taking place:

• During introductions, the bride and groom are now being introduced first instead of last.
• The dance floor is open in the beginning of the night, after the formals and before dinner, to give people a chance to dance for a couple songs.
• The first dance and parent dance mashups are still popular.
