(FOX Providence) - As StyleWeek Providence gets ready for their biggest shows this weekend, The Rhode Show wanted to see how the team pulls it off year after year.

The StyleWeek team hopes to take the event to the next level, and to grow into a profitable organization. But, in the meantime, the designers and stylists enjoy being part of something really special. and intimate.

In fact so intimate, the founder and president holds her meetings of the mind, in her own home.

There isn't much downtime during StyleWeek, with shows every night of the week. And there are 21 designers with different needs and desires before their show hit the stage.

So, as StyleWeek Providence prepares to end the week on a high note, the team behind it will keep working on every last detail to achieve fashion perfection.
