Vigil planned for RI teen fighting H1N1

BARRINGTON, R.I. (WPRI) - Friends of a Barrington teen who is on life support and fighting for her life against the H1N1 flu virus are planning a candlelight vigil.

Lillian Chason, is a freshman at the University of North Carolina. She has been hospitalized in North Carolina since falling ill on November 23rd, according to the facebook group, "Prayers For Lillian."

According to Facebook group "Lights for Lillian," created by Lillian's friend, Brittany Rae Simons, a vigil will be held either Saturday December 19th or Sunday December 20th at Barrington High School's football field.

The "Prayers For Lillian" site was set up by her mother for family, friends and even strangers to get updates and send her get well wishes.
