This week on Executive Suite: Theresa Murray, executive director of the R.I. Emergency Management Agency, and Donna Childs, author of "Prepare for the Worst, Plan for the Best."

Murray discusses RIEMA's response to superstorm Sandy and what businesses can learn from that and other disasters to be more prepared. Childs, who is headlining an upcoming free RIEMA workshop on disaster prep for businesses, talks about her own strategies and how she got her firm through Sept. 11 in New York City.
