Gorbea, Marcantonio push $25M bond question

This week on the first half of Executive Suite: Nellie Gorbea, executive director of HousingWorks RI, and John Marcantonio, executive director of the Rhode Island Builders Association.
Gorbea and Marcantonio are helping to lead an advocacy campaign pushing Rhode Island voters to approve Question 7 on the Nov. 6 ballot, which would allow the state to borrow $25 million to invest in subsidizing the construction and rehabilitation of 600 affordable homes. They also discuss the broader market failure in Rhode Island's housing market, with construction at a historic low and prices remaining too high for many families.
